J's Cultural Arts Theatre/JCAT Pro is proud to present Alfred Uhry's DRIVING MISS DAISY, the opening production of JCAT's 13th season in the Alan & Diane Lieberman Theater of the Feldenkreis/Hanono Cultural Center at the Michael-Ann Russell JCC/Sanford L. Ziff Campus in North Miami Beach, Florida. Running from September 4-22, 2019, DRIVING MISS DAISY is directed by JCAT's Artistic Director, Michael Andron. Set Design is by Shawn Lewis, with Lighting Design by Zachary Pitchman and Costume Design by Carole Barou-Mootoo. Aaron Grant Theatrical serves as the Management Consultant. DRIVING MISS DAISY is presented through the MARJCC's Cultural Arts Department.

Shake and Bake: Love's Labour's Lost, a production of Shakespeare's comedy that serves its audience an eight-course tasting menu as the play unfolds, will play its final performance on Sunday, January 6, 2019. Featuring direction by Dan Swern (The Eleventh Hour) and movement by Victoria Rae Sook (Grease), Shake and Bake: Love's Labour's Lost began performances on October 2, 2018 at a custom-built performance space at 94 Gansevoort Street (across from the Whitney Museum) and officially opened on October 13, 2018 for a limited run through January 6. At the time of its final performance, Shake and Bake: Love's Labour's Lost will have played 11 previews and 95 regular performances at 94 Gansevoort Street.

The JimHenson Company, Herschend Studios and PBS KIDS are kicking off 'Ocean Friends Forever,' a social media and community engagement initiative with multiple PBS station events across the country the week of June 1-8, to coincide with the internationally celebrated World Oceans Day on June 8. The effort is themed around the new PBS KIDS series SPLASH AND BUBBLES, which encourages children to explore ocean science and marine biology.
