Pitlochry Festival Theatre is set to brighten up January with three days of theatre, music, film, dancing and so much more, as they launch Out in the Hills, a brand-new festival that celebrates all things LGBTQIA+.

A film adaptation is in the works of Frank and Percy, starring Ian McKellen and Roger Allam. Kaleidoscope Film Distribution has picked up world sales rights for the film, which starts production this month.

All new rehearsal photos have been released for the new production of Filumena, directed by Sean Mathias and starring Felicity Kendal and Matthew Kelly. Check out the photos here!

Matthew Kelly and Julie Legrand will join the previously announced Felicity Kendal in the Bill Kenwright Ltd/Theatre Royal Windsor production of Filumena directed by Sean Mathias. 

Bill Kenwright Ltd and Paul Taylor-Mills will present the London Premiere of The Lightning Thief: The Percy Jackson Musical adapted from Rick Riordan's 2005 best-selling book series at The Other Palace this Autumn.

Written by Emlyn Williams in 1950, Accolade tells the fictional story of an accomplished writer named Will Trenting (Ayden Callaghan) who finds the world he has built falling apart in front of him as a secret from the past comes to haunt him. The production, directed by Sean Mathias, is part of Mathias' 2024 Season for the Theatre Royal Windsor.

Both Accolade and Filumena will take to the stage at Theatre Royal Windsor prior to limited UK tours, under the directorship of award-winning director Sean Mathias. 

The Stage Directors and Choreographers Foundation (SDCF) announces the recipient of the 2024 Mike Ockrent Fellowship.
