The Palace Theater is throwing its doors wide open to the public beginning October 1, to begin its 100th Anniversary Season and what a celebratory schedule of shows is planned! 

The ninth annual Savannah VOICE Festival, staged Aug. 8 – 22 in and around the Hostess City, will include a condensed production of the famous Puccini opera La Bohème on Saturday, August 21, with renowned stage director Fabrizio Melano and Maestro Andrew Bisantz.

NY PopsUp will present An Evening of 100 Boyfriends, curated by Whiting Award-winning author, Brontez Purnell. The one-time-only event, featuring readings from Purnell’s critically-acclaimed book, 100 Boyfriends, will be held at MoMA PS1 on Friday, July 30 from 5:30 – 8:00pm ET.

In a role approved by The Who’s Pete Townshend himself, Victorian Opera welcomes back rising star Mat Verevis (A Little Night Music, Beautiful: The Carole King Musical, Nine Network’s The Voice) as Narrator / Tommy. 

Little Island, New York City's new public park in Hudson River Park by W. 13th Street, begins performances for the 2021 Storytelling Festival tomorrow, Wednesday, July 21. The multidisciplinary festival is curated by Little Island Artists-in-Residence PigPen Theatre Co. and will run through Sunday, July 25.
