Here We Go Again) star in The National Theatre's production of All About Eve, captured live from the West End in London. All About Eve is the story of Margo Channing. Legend. NTL's All About Eve comes to the big screen in HD at The Ridgefield Playhouse on Friday, November 29 at 7pm, part of The Classical Series with support from Whistle Stop Bakery, underwritten by Jeanne Cook, Liz & Steven Goldstone, and Sabina & Walter Slavin.

Today, Dublin's The Murder Capital confirms their first North American tour in cities including Brooklyn, Washington DC, Philadelphia, Chicago, Vancouver, as well as their debut at Austin's SXSW. The tour, throughout March and April of 2020, marks the band's first visit to the US and Canada, and is in support of their debut album When I Have Fears. The Fader hails the group as “one of a raft of exciting new bands emerging out of Ireland right now” and in their five star review, The Guardian calls the album “an outstanding debut from a great new band who play it like they mean it.” Tickets for all North American dates, the majority of which are all ages (full details below), will go on sale here on Friday, November 15 at 10am local time.

Songwriter, singer, and visual artist Jehnny Beth has released an incendiary, industrial new track today called “I'm The Man” as part of the Peaky Blinders soundtrack; the song was first featured in the fourth episode of the show's current season this past September.

Today, Dublin's The Murder Capital share a new video for 'More Is Less' - the live version of which went viral and forged the band's breakthrough last year. The video follows the release of their debut album When I Have Fears in August, which reached a Top 20 chart position in the UK, and a #2 position in their native Ireland.

Sonia Friedman Productions today announced Conor McPherson's (The Weir, Girl from the North Country) new adaptation of Anton Chekhov's masterpiece Uncle Vanya directed by Ian Rickson (Jerusalem, The Seagull) which will run at the Harold Pinter Theatre from 14th January 2020 with Opening Night on Thursday 23rd January 2020. Tickets go on general sale from Monday 30th September with priority booking from Wednesday 25th September.

Today, Dublin's The Murder Capital have released their much-anticipated debut album When I Have Fears. Produced by Flood (PJ Harvey, New Order, Foals) the album features all four singles from the band so far, 'Feeling Fades', 'Green & Blue', 'Don't Cling To Life' and 'More Is Less'. When I Have Fears is available on all formats, including limited edition gatefold marbled rust LP, black LP, as part of a limited bundle (limited edition gatefold marbled rust LP, t-shirt, pin & journal), CD and as a digital download here.

Canadian alt-country pioneers Cowboy Junkies will return to Australia and New Zealand for the first time in 20 years in May 2020. Anyone who has followed Cowboy Junkies' three decade-long journey knows the band has always remained true to its unique artistic vision.  In 1988, they proved that there was an audience waiting for something quiet, beautiful and reflective. The Trinity Session was like a whisper that cut through the noise with its introspective, quiet intensity. Brooklyn favorite Pom Pom Squad just shared a vulnerable new song,“Honeysuckle” with FADER. A stonewalled anthem of dependency, it's the second single off the quiet grrrl indie-punk band's newly announced Ow EP, out September 6. Frontwoman Mia Berrin explains: “'Honeysuckle' is about burying myself in other people to avoid having to deal with whatever-the-f**k is going on with me...It's also a song about rebuilding - identifying the wound so you can start to heal it.”

Hot off the heels of a whirlwind European festival run that saw the band headline major stages in the UK, Russia, Ukraine, and Czech Republic, and ahead of the West Coast leg of their headlining tour, FRANK IERO AND THE FUTURE VIOLENTS have just released a video for their song 'Great Party.' The song is a cut from their brand new record Barriers (released May 31, 2019 via UNFD). This is the second music video to be released from Barriers, following the video for lead single 'Young and Doomed' earlier this year. 

Today, Dublin's The Murder Capital release their third single 'Don't Cling To Life', an anthemic highlight from their upcoming debut album When I Have Fears, which will be released on August 16th on Human Season Records.

The Tea Set were what you would call a classic art school band, all music as art experiment, where mistakes and wrong chords were part of the process. They were creative, noisy, theatrical, clothed in thrift store chic, and WAY ahead of their time. But now it seems the music world has finally managed to catch up to them, and so the band has teamed with LA-based indie label Cleopatra Records for a definitive singles collection called Back In Time For Tea to be released on July 19.

From the ashes of London indie pop outfit Blindness comes the dark and dynamic alt-rock project Where We Sleep. The debut EP 'Experiments In The Dark' releases on May 31. Ahead of this, the present 'Into The Light', which features Debbie Smith of Echobelly, Curve and SPC ECO fame on guitar. Smith was also in Blindness and is part of the trio Snowpony with My Bloody Valentine's Debbie Googe and Moonshake's Katharine Gifford.

R'COUP'D today announces the return to North America of globally revered singer/songwriter Fink, who will embark on a solo acoustic tour beginning in September. 

On April 12 Invada Records in conjunction with Lakeshore Records will release All About Eve-Original Soundtrack, composed by double Mercury Music Prize-winner PJ Harvey. The 12-track album contains 10 original pieces of instrumental music as well as two new songs written by Harvey and sung by Gillian Anderson and Lily James. Harvey's score for All About Eve, is performed by herself, James Johnston and Kenrick Rowe, and uses Franz Liszt's 'Liebestraume' (a musical element of Joseph L. Mankiewicz's original 1950s classic film) as a musical touchstone, exploring the more somber and deeply psychological aspects of the story. The album is produced by PJ Harvey, with additional production and mixing from Adam 'Cecil' Bartlett.
