Running through March 22 in the Diversionary Black Box as a guest production, “First Day in December” is not just a look back; it’s a conversation with right now. 

First Day in December will be presented at Diversionary Black Box Theatre in San Diego in March 2026. Written by Richard Fouts and directed by Michael Mizerany, the play centers on the Vietnam draft lottery.

Compulsion Dance & Theater will present the world premiere of 89 CARSON JUNCTION ROAD, a new play written and directed by Michael Mizerany, running December 5–14, 2025, at the Diversionary Black Box in San Diego.

Compulsion Dance & Theater will present MARRY ME, DENNIS BRANIGAN, a work written and directed by Michael Mizerany. Running May 30th - June 8th.

Compulsion Dance and Theater has announced the cast for their production of DIE MOMMIE DIE! by Charles Busch. The cast includes Jolyon Alexander, Cody Dupree, David Janisch, Jovi Olivas, Kylie Young and starring Joey Kirkpatrick as Angela Arden.
