Norbert Leo Butz is set to lead the new thriller film Alfalfa, helmed by writer/director Jack Fessenden. The indie movie features an ensemble cast that also includes Toby Huss, Virginia Kull, Marcus Scribner, Barkhad Abdi, and James Le Gros.

Former One Direction member Liam Payne has released his new feel-good single, Sunshine. The official music video features Payne in film-themed set pieces for the new animated feature film Ron's Gone Wrong, as well as all-new film footage.
Liam said: “I am such a big fan of Disney, so to be working on this is a dream come true. I can’t wait for you all to hear Sunshine and to see ‘Ron’s Gone Wrong.’ It has been a lot of fun!”
The film is directed by Pixar veteran Jean-Philippe Vine (story artist on “Cars 3” and “The Good Dinosaur”) and Locksmith co-founder Sarah Smith (“Arthur Christmas”) with Octavio Rodriguez (story artist on “Coco” and “The Incredibles 2”) co-directing.
Today, in a historical first, the NAACP announced that it will be awarding two recipients, NBA superstar Stephen Curry and The Women’s National Basketball Players Association, with the Jackie Robinson Sports Awards. Additionally, Misty Copeland will be honored with the prestigious Spingarn Medal.
