Audiences are set to be delighted by a brand-new season in Newbury this winter, as Corn Exchange announce their August-December programme. The popular Corn Exchange pantomime returns with Beauty and the Beast, alongside a whole host of theatre, comedy, music, dance and more, rounding off another fantastic year of entertainment.

The resilient Transcendence Theatre was not deterred when litigation between the California Park Rangers Association and the California Department of Parks and Recreation (State Parks) threatened use of their usual performance space at Jack London State Historic Park.  After performing for over a decade in those magical ruins, Transcendence was forced to secure a new temporary home while the remaining litigation details were worked out by the park.  Thankfully, the nonprofit ranch property, Belos Cavalos, came through at the last minute to offer their 30+ acre Kenwood estate as host of Broadway Under the Stars’ eight musical performances.  After much labor-intensive work to groom the land, the space was finally transformed into an acceptable and beautiful outdoor theatre. Artistic Director Amy Miller spoke fondly of Belos Cavalos’s founder Dr. Charyln Belluzzo when she humbly proclaimed on opening night, “Theater’s about community and connection and she saved us!”

The 12-song rock journey, already being hailed as “perfection” and “captivating,” includes the previously released singles “Dreaming Out Loud” featuring Ivan Neville and Ruthie Foster, “Same As It Ever Was” and “Made My Peace” as well as additional guest appearances from Billy F Gibbons, Billy Bob Thornton, and Celisse. 

Jason Bonham, son of legendary Led Zeppelin drummer John Bonham, is returning to Las Vegas with a performance of Jason Bonham's Led Zeppelin Evening at Green Valley Ranch Resort on Saturday, Sept. 30, 2023 at 8 p.m. Tickets start at $37.50 plus applicable fees and go on sale Friday, June 16, 2023 at 10 a.m.

Get the Led Out (GTLO), a celebration of “The Mighty Zep,” will make their Gettysburg debut at Gettysburg College's Majestic Theater on Thursday, July 6 at 7:30 p.m.

City Winery Boston will present Wishbone Ash live in concert on Thursday, June 15th at 8:00 PM. Known for their distinctive brand of melodic rock, Wishbone Ash will perform their landmark album, Argus, in its entirety.

Reeve Carney brought a one-man rock show, “Reeve Carney, The Flying Yardbird, A Tribute to Led Zeppelin” to the stage.

 In 1976, the top TV shows were All in the Family, Happy Days, Laverne & Shirley and M*A*S*H. One of the breakout bands that year was Heart, comprising of sisters Ann & Nancy Wilson. The Park Theatre will honor one of the most successful bands of the 1970s, Heart, with a live concert by New England’s #1 Heart tribute band, Heartless.

Green Room 42 has announced the return of the charming and talented Robyn Adele Anderson to its stage on June 15, 2023, at 9:30 pm. After her highly successful first appearance, Anderson is back to captivate audiences with her warm, inviting, and genre-defying musical performances.
