Starz Holds Court with New and Returning Cast for THE SPANISH PRINCESS

Starz, a Lionsgate company (NYSE: LGF.A, LGF.B), today announced the start of production on the eight-episode conclusion of 'The Spanish Princess,' with returning leads Charlotte Hope ('The English Game,' 'Game of Thrones') and Ruairi O'Connor ('Delicious,' Teen Spirit) reprising their roles as the ruling couple Catherine of Aragon and Henry VIII. Other key cast also returning are Stephanie Levi-John (Diversion, Striking Out) as Catherine's trusted confidante Lina de Cardonnes, Georgie Henley (The Chronicles of Narnia Trilogy) as Henry's younger sister and Queen of Scotland Margaret ('Meg') Tudor and Laura Carmichael ('Downton Abbey,' A United Kingdom) as Margaret ('Maggie') Pole.

In anticipation of the September 2019 release of the Downton Abbey feature film, DOWNTON ABBEY LIVE! is a celebration of all aspects of the wildly successful British drama a?" the stellar cast, superb writing, spectacular locations and dazzling costumes. Broadcast from New York City before a live studio audience, scheduled participants include cast members Laura Carmichael (Lady Edith), Phyllis Logan (Mrs. Hughes), Lesley Nicol (Mrs. Patmore), Kevin Doyle (Molesley), Harry Hadden-Paton (Bertie), and Michael C. Fox (Andrew Parker) with executive producers Gareth Neame and Liz Trubridge. Composer John Lunn will also be live in the New York studio, performing piano arrangements of his evocative themes from the series. Additional live segments currently scheduled include costume designer Anna Mary Scott Robbins from WTTW Chicago; new taped interviews with Hugh Bonneville and Julian Fellowes will also be featured. Hosted by award-winning ABC News journalist (and huge a?oeDowntona?? fan!) Deborah Roberts, DOWNTON ABBEY LIVE! premieres Sunday, August 18, 2019, at 9:00 p.m. ET / 6:00 p.m. PT on PBS.

The Jamie Lloyd Company production of Harold Pinter's Betrayal held it's press night on 13 March at the Harold Pinter Theatre. The strictly limited season ends on 1 June. Stars of the stage and screen swapped their costumes for aprons, and served diners for a one-off sitting at The Ivy, a restaurant renowned for its unfaltering service. Leading the waiting staff this year and trying their hand at bartending, waiting tables, auctioneering, taking coats and welcoming guests were Jim Carter, Sheila Hancock and Dame Penelope Wilton. They were joined by Annette Badland, Michael Ball, Samantha Bond, Laura Carmichael, Ben Forster, Michael Fox, Ginny Holder, Celia Imrie, Jeremy Irvine, George Layton, John Partridge, Arlene Phillips, Peter Polycarpou, Jemma Redgrave, Samantha Spiro, Neil Stuke, Owen Teale, Harriet Thorpe, Jason Watkins and Simon Williams.

Harriet Walter and Craig David Announced as New Patrons For Nuffield Southampton Theatres

Ahead of the opening of their new venue - NST city, Nuffield Southampton Theatres today announces that Harriet Walter and Craig David will join the theatre as patrons, working alongside Samantha Bond, Laura Carmichael, Tom Hiddleston and Celia Imrie. They also join the recently announced new associates, Inua Ellams and Drew McOnie adding to the breadth of ambassadors for the theatre.
