The North American tour of Disney’s Frozen celebrated 1,000 performances last night on Wednesday, January 31 at The Kentucky Center in Louisville, KY, where the hit Broadway musical is playing through Sunday, February 4.

Beetlejuice producer Mark Kaufman revealed that they had planned to film the Broadway production in April 2020, just before the Broadway shutdown. Based on the outcome of other live captures of musicals that have been released since then, he states that they are not currently planning on filming the Broadway production before it closes.

Joining the cast are Bradley Dean as “Ivan Molokov,” Tony Award nominee Sean Allan Krill as “Walter de Courcey,” and Tony Award nominee Bryce Pinkham as “The Arbiter.'
