Kitchen Theatre Company will host its annual Spring Gala on April 11, 2026, featuring Karl Gregory. The event aims to celebrate and support the theater's ongoing projects.

Kitchen Theatre Company will present REINDEER SESSIONS by Eric Ulloa from December 3–14, 2025, at 417 W State St., Ithaca. Directed by Artistic Director Emerita Rachel Lampert and starring Karl Gregory and Erica Steinhagen.

Kitchen Theatre Company has announced its 35th anniversary season, featuring five compelling new plays that span dark comedy, buddy drama, holiday satire, poetic world premieres, and reimagined classics.

The Provincetown Theater at 238 Bradford Street in Provincetown, MA will open their 2025 season with the continuation of Kushner’s epic “Gay Fantasia on National Themes” with Angels in America, Part II: Perestroika.

Opening the 2024 season on May 9 at the Provincetown Theater in Provincetown, MA is a 30th anniversary mounting of Tony Kushner’s Tony Award and Pulitzer Prize-winning classic, Angels in America, Part I: Millennium Approaches.

The 2023-2024 Kitchen Theatre Company season continues with SCHEISS BOOK, written and performed by Liba Vaynberg*. Performances in the Percy Browning Performance Space run from Wednesday, November 8, through Sunday, November 19, 2023.

Despite its somewhat whimsical title, playwright Brenda Withers has crafted a taut story that is more dramatic cat-and-mouse game than comedic Guess Who’s Coming to Dinner? Director Rebecca Bradshaw’s previous experience mounting the play at the Kitchen Theatre Company with this same trio of actors shows in their seamless chemistry and her nuanced pacing of the action.

Gloucester Stage Company is excited to announce the highly anticipated opening of THE DING DONGS, a comedic thriller by Cape Cod playwright Brenda Withers and directed by Gloucester Stage's Artistic Director Rebecca Bradshaw. A part lesson in how power evolves and how intimidation works, audiences will have the opportunity to experience this thought-provoking play beginning Friday, August 11, through Friday, August 27, at the Gloucester Stage Company's historic waterfront theater.

The 2022-2023 season will continue at Kitchen Theatre Company with NO CHILD… by Nilaja Sun. Performances of NO CHILD… begin at the Kitchen Theatre Company in the Percy Browning Performance Space on Tuesday, March 28 and will run through Sunday, April 16.

The long-established Hangar Theatre Company in Cass Park and Kitchen Theatre Company in Ithaca's West End are working together this May and June to produce the extraordinarily prescient and insightful play WHAT THE CONSTITUTION MEANS TO ME by Heidi Schreck. 

For theaters across the country, the post-pandemic time has brought critical challenges. The 2022-23 Kitchen Theatre Company season was strategically planned with the expectation of moderate increases in ticket sales and individual gifts. As is true at many other theaters, audiences have not returned in significant enough numbers to meet costs, and emergency government funding has been sunset. 

The 2022-2023 season continues at Kitchen Theatre Company with The Ding Dongs, a new dark comedy thriller, written by Brenda Withers.

The Cherry Artists’ Collective, an industry leader in streaming and hybrid performance, will present the English Language Premiere of The Wetsuitman, written by Belgian playwright Freek Mariën, translated by David McKay, and directed by Samuel Buggeln (Hotel Good Luck).

The Kitchen Theatre Company finishes out the streaming portion of its 2020-2021 Season, The Journey to 30, with Bloom Where You're Planted: A Twenty Year Artistic Journey, a film by Artistic Director Emerita Rachel Lampert and former Associate Producing Director, Lesley Greene.

The Cherry Artistsa?? Collective will present the English-language World Premiere of A Day, written by Québecoise playwright, Gabrielle Chapdelaine, translated by Josephine George. Live performances are directed by Wendy Dann with video mise en scène directed by Samuel Buggeln.

Performances of Catch As Catch Can begin at the Kitchen Theatre Company in the Percy Browning Performance Space on Sunday, March 15 and will run through Saturday, April 4. Generously sponsored by Travis Hyde Properties and WCNY, Catch As Catch Can will offer patrons the opportunity to 'Pay What You Want' for its first three preview performances (3/15, 3/17, 3/18).

'Round Table,' written by Liba Vaynberg and directed by Geordie Broadwater is a one of a kind show. This modern romantic comedy is being performed at 59E59 Theaters through October 20. Starring an talented five person cast, the show cleverly melds elements from King Arthur legends with a story about people and their relationships.
