Tony Award nominee and Broadway favorite Betsy Wolfe headlined the annual New York Pops Underground cabaret performance on Monday, October 2, 2023 at 54 Below. The New York Pops, led by Music Director and Conductor Steven Reineke, opened their 2022-2023 Carnegie Hall season on Friday, October 21 at 8:00 p.m. in Stern Auditorium Perelman Stage with the music of Star Wars-a comprehensive program that includes John Williams' music from all nine films in the Skywalker saga as well as the two anthology films, Rogue One and Solo-all in chronological order. On April 25, 2022, The New York Pops celebrated their 39th Birthday with their yearly gala (the first since 2019), honoring Broadway legends Kristen and Bobby Lopez in: 'For The First Time In Forever: The Songs Of Kristen And Bobby Lopez!' The EGOT winning duo is known for their works on Broadway for the long-running smash hit 'The Book of Mormon' and modern Disney classics such as 'Frozen.' They recently won an Emmy for their song 'Agatha All Along' from Marvel Studios' 'Wandavison.'

Samantha Barks, Josh Gad, Maggie Lakis, Rob McClure, and Andrew Rannells will join The New York Pops, led by Music Director and Conductor Steven Reineke, for its 39th Birthday Gala, For the First Time In Forever: The Songs of Kristen and Bobby Lopez, honoring the Academy and Grammy Award winning songwriting duo Kristen and Bobby Lopez.

The New York Pops 39th Birthday Gala concert, For the First Time In Forever: The Songs of Kristen and Bobby Lopez, on Monday, April 25 at 7:00 p.m. in Stern Auditorium/Perelman Stage at Carnegie Hall will feature 27 participants from the orchestra's Kids on Stage program.

Kristen Bell (Film and Television star; voice of Anna in Disney’s Frozen), Caissie Levy (original Elsa in Frozen on Broadway) and Betsy Wolfe (originated leading role in world premiere of the Lopezes’ musical Up Here) will join The New York Pops, led by Music Director and Conductor Steven Reineke, for its 39th Birthday Gala.

 The New York Pops today announced an initial line-up of guest artists for its 39th Birthday Gala, For the First Time In Forever: The Songs of Kristen and Bobby Lopez, honoring the Academy and Grammy Award winning songwriting duo Kristen and Bobby Lopez on Monday, April 25, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. in Stern Auditorium / Perelman Stage at Carnegie Hall.

Just yesterday, Tony Award winner Kelli O'Hara stepped in as soloist with The New York Pops, replacing the previously announced Laura Benanti, who withdrew from the event due to an exposure to COVID-19 in her family. The festive program, led by New York Pops Music Director Steven Reineke included traditional carols and contemporary classics. 

The New York Pops will additionally honor Nicola M. Heryet, Principal of Avison Young; June Freemanzon, founding board member of The New York Pops; and Ron Schaefer, Founder of French Woods Festival for the Performing Arts, at its 37th Birthday Gala, Into the Unknown! The Songs of Kristen & Bobby Lopez, on Monday, April 27, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. in Stern Auditorium / Perelman Stage at Carnegie Hall, presented by The New York Pops.

On February 14, The New York Pops was joined by guest artists Mandy Gonzalez, Carrie Manolakos, and Alex Newell for I'm Every Woman: Divas On Stage. The concert saluted the power of the female voice, and paid tribute to Aretha Franklin, Whitney Houston, Barbra Streisand, Adele, and fellow icons who have transformed the world through song.

The New York Pops performed the timeless music of Rodgers and Hammerstein on Friday, January 24, 2020 at 8:00 p.m. in Find Your Dream: The Songs of Rodgers and Hammerstein joined by guest artists Laura Michelle Kelly and Max von Essen, as well as Judith Clurman's Essential Voices USA.

On Friday, December 20 at 8:00 p.m. and Saturday, December 21 at 8:00 p.m., jazz star Tony DeSare and Broadway star Capathia Jenkins join The New York Pops' annual holiday celebration, ringing in the most wonderful time of the year.

The New York Pops, led by Music Director and Conductor Steven Reineke, opened its 2019-2020 Carnegie Hall season on Friday, October 18 at 8:00 p.m. in Stern Auditorium / Perelman Stage with a program featuring star of stage and screen: Jeremy Jordan.

The New York Pops just hosted its annual cabaret fundraiser at Feinstein's/54 Below last night, September 23, starring Tony and Drama Desk nominee Norm Lewis. The event is hosted by New York Pops Music Director Steven Reineke.
