Selina Fillinger's new Broadway comedy POTUS: Or, Behind Every Great Dumbass are Seven Women Trying to Keep Him Alive, directed by five-time Tony Award winner Susan Stroman, officially opens today at the Shubert Theatre (225 West 44th Street).

POTUS: Or, Behind Every Great Dumbass Are Seven Women Trying to Keep Him Alive, has announced a celebratory, free event with cast members Lilli Cooper, Lea DeLaria, Julie White, Suzy Nakumara, Gisela Chipe, and Partners set for Wednesday, April 27 at Noon in Times Square’s Father Duffy Square - 7th Avenue between 46th & 47th Streets.

Nominated for five Tony Awards, including Best Musical, Rock of Ages is taking Paramount Theatre audiences back into the iconic music era of the '80s, where rock 'n' roll dreamers turn their fantasies into reality. A Hollywood love story told through the mind-blowing hits of top '80s rock bands like Journey, Bon Jovi, Styx, Poison and more, Rock of Ages is a show that will have all ages singing 'Here I Go Again' all the way home.

Selina Fillinger’s new Broadway comedy POTUS: Or, Behind Every Great Dumbass are Seven Women Trying to Keep Him Alive, directed by five-time Tony Award winner Susan Stroman, will move up its press opening to the matinee of Wednesday, April 27, 2022, joining the 2021-2022 Broadway Season.

When “Rock of Ages” opened on Broadway in 2009, it was honored with five Tony Award nominations and went on to run for more than six years and 2300 performances.

Broadway’s uproarious new comedy about the women in charge of the man in charge of the free world, POTUS begins previews at the Shubert Theatre on Thursday, April 14, 2022, with an official Opening Night of Monday, May 9, 2022, for a limited engagement through Sunday, August 14, 2022.
