DON’T TELL MAMA will present Judi Mark with a musical celebration of four-time Tony Award winner Gwen Verdon and her hit Broadway shows including “Damn Yankees,” “Redhead,” “Sweet Charity” and “Chicago.”

In the grandest tradition of theater, even at the saddest of times, the show must go on. So it is with entertainer Judi Mark, whose Laughing Through Life, debuted last spring to joyous acclaim. Ever the perfectionist, Mark began reworking the show during the summer hiatus with director Lina Koutrakis and Music Director Tex Arnold.

Fresh from a smashing sold-out debut at the Boca Black Box, Boca Raton, Florida, dancer-singer-entertainer Judi Mark is pleased to bring her new show, I Feel a Song Coming On to Don't Tell Mama! in the Big Apple. This latest one-woman crowd-pleaser is an intimate tribute to Old Broadway and Hollywood, chock-full of classic songs, shimmering dance, and narrative witty, wise and fun.

The spirit of jazz legends Duke Ellington and Ella Fitzgerald (with a little Tito Puente) was palpable in the Milton Berle room at New York's Friars Club on April 25 for the second-annual production of Triple Threats. Broadway veterans (including Duke's granddaughter, Mercedes Ellington, who also co-produced the show) joined some of America's most accomplished jazz musicians to celebrate the April birthdays of the music greats and to honor those performers who sing, dance, and act at the highest levels.

Last night Mercedes Ellington granddaughter of Duke Ellington and president and founder of The Duke Ellington Center For The Arts along with co-producer Judi Marks hosted a Triple Threat musical celebration at the legendary Friars Club.  It was a special evening that featured performances of the music of the three giants of Jazz and BroadwayWorld was there.
