The New Group will soon present Bob & Carol & Ted & Alice, a world premiere production arriving as part of The New Group's 25th Anniversary Season.  With Book by Jonathan Marc Sherman, Music by Duncan Sheik, Lyrics by Duncan Sheik and Amanda Green and Musical Staging by Kelly Devine, this production features Jennifer Damiano, Jamie Mohamdein, Ana Nogueira, Joél Pérez, Suzanne Vega and Michael Zegen.  Scott Elliott directs.  Previews began January 16 in advance of an Official Opening Night on Tuesday, February 4.  A limited Off-Broadway engagement is slated through March 15 at The Pershing Square Signature Center (The Romulus Linney Courtyard Theatre, 480 West 42nd Street).

Broadway's new crop of stars has something surprising in common: they all went to the same summer camp. Stagedoor Manor, which has mentored generations of stars of Broadway, movies and TV, is on the resume of countless actors who recently made their New York debut, both on stage and behind it.

The event will be held at the Laura Pels Theatre at the Harold and Miriam Steinberg Center for Theatre in Times Square on Monday, November 18th.

On Monday, November 4, Ann Harada, Crystal Lucas-Perry, John Cameron Mitchell, Taylor Schilling, Wallace Shawn and Fred Weller will appear in a one-night-only reading of Maxwell Anderson's Bad Seed, to benefit The New Group, as the company celebrates its 25th Anniversary Season.  Cynthia Nixon directs.  This benefit reading supports New Group/New Works, The New Group's play and musical development program.
