Beginning Wednesday, April 19, LET’S MAKE A DEAL PRIMETIME returns with a salute to the military episode. The audience is filled with active and retired men and women who have served our country – some even playing virtually from around the world. ABC’s “Press Your Luck” grew over the prior week by 5% in Total Viewers (4.0 million vs. 3.8 million) to score its most-watched original telecast since July 2020 – since 7/12/20. “Press Your Luck” also improved week to week by 20% among Adults 18-49 (0.6/6 vs. 0.5/6) to hit a new summer high.

Legendary game show “Password” returns to NBC with a fresh new edition starring Jimmy Fallon and hosted by Keke Palmer along with a stellar lineup of celebrity guests including: Yvette Nicole Brown, Tony Hale, Jon Hamm, Chelsea Handler, Heidi Klum, Joel McHale, Chrissy Metz, Martin Short, J.B. Smoove and Meghan Trainor.

Palmer will command the “Password” podium as contestants from all walks of life are partnered with Jimmy Fallon and other celebrities to face off in the ultimate game of words. Fallon will play in each of the eight hourlong episodes as the celebrity/contestant duos compete for cash prizes by guessing a secret password using only one-word clues.

“A Clean Shoot?,” by the late Joe Lima of Spring Valley, NY, is play that sparked controversy ending in a lawsuit between the group “We The People” and the town of Clarkstown, its police chief and the former head of its Strategic Intelligence in 2017 over racial profiling. This play turned film, will open Nutley Little Theatre’s 2021-2022 season.

The cast includes Mel Hancock of Suffern, NY as Detective Willis Paige, Nick Pascarella of Ho-Ho-Kus, NJ as Officer John Quinn and Rick Levi of Orangetown, NY as Officer Nick Caruso. The film also features Ebonée Collens and Damon Fischetti.

Ending the 2019-2020 season as the No. 1 entertainment network among Adults 18-49 and ranking as the summer’s No. 1 network for the second consecutive year, ABC today unveiled its fall unscripted premiere dates.

Following a wildly successful run last summer that propelled ABC to rank No. 1 across all key adult demos, the network has announced the return of seven shows from its popular “Summer Fun & Games” lineup, including “The $100,000 Pyramid” (season five), “Card Sharks” (season two), “Celebrity Family Feud” (season six), “Match Game” (season five), “Press Your Luck” (season two), “To Tell the Truth” (season five), and as previously announced, the second season of “Holey Moley.”

CBS, the #1-rated network in daytime for 32 years, today announced season premiere dates for its entire award-winning schedule for the 2019-2020 season. The full lineup was recently honored with 16 Daytime Emmy Awards.

Following one of the biggest nights and most dramatic dates of the season on “The Bachelorette,” airing TUESDAY, JUNE 11 (8:00-10:01 p.m. EDT), ABC will give viewers a special early premiere of the iconic game show “Press Your Luck” (10:01-11:00 p.m. EDT), on The ABC Television Network, streaming and on demand. Hosted by Elizabeth Banks, “Press Your Luck” is a game of wits, strategy and even higher stakes as contestants try to avoid the iconic and devilish WHAMMY for a chance at life-changing cash and prizes. “Press Your Luck” will continue with an all-new episode in its regularly scheduled time slot the following night, WEDNESDAY, JUNE 12 (8:00–9:00 p.m. EDT), on ABC.

ABC Entertainment and Fremantle announced today that multihyphenate star Elizabeth Banks can now add game show host to her acting, directing and producing credits. Banks is set to host the return of “Press Your Luck,” a game of wits, strategy and even higher stakes as contestants try to avoid the iconic and devilish WHAMMY for a chance at life-changing cash and prizes. “Press Your Luck” premieres WEDNESDAY, JUNE 12 (8:00–9:00 p.m. EDT), on ABC.

Building on the previous success of the “Summer Fun & Games” brand, The ABC Television Network is expanding its slate of game shows to three nights, adding four new exciting series to the upcoming schedule. In addition to bringing back the iconic “Press Your Luck” and “Card Sharks” to TV, ABC will launch two new alternative shows – “Holey Moley,” an epic mini-golf competition featuring NBA superstar Stephen Curry as resident golf pro; and “Family Food Fight,” hosted by renowned restaurateur and New York Times best-selling cookbook author Ayesha Curry. All of these shows are part of the summer premiere dates schedule announced today by the network.

ABC Entertainment has picked up fan-favorite game shows “Press Your Luck” and “Card Sharks” for a return to television. The Fremantle-produced game shows will go into production this spring with exciting updates that everyone in the family will enjoy. Hosts and premiere dates will be announced soon.
