The Carlyle, A Rosewood Hotel has announced the lineup of artists comprising the legendary Cafe Carlyle's winter 2014 season. A number of celebrated artists will play the Cafe for the first time, and several longtime audience and critical favorites will return in new shows.

On January 11, 12and 13 Tony Award® winner Kathleen Marshall makes her L&L debut as guest artistic director for Going Hollywood, a singing, dancing, Technicolor celebration of the silver screen's greatest musicals, featuring Cameron Adams, Renee Elise Goldsberry, Joshua Henry, Jeremy Jordan, Rob McClure and Rachel York.

Bruce Vilanch, winner of 3 Emmy Awards for writing TV's Oscar telecasts, the popular center square on Hollywood Squares, and the Broadway star of Hairspray, returns for his record 5th appearance as the host of the New York NIghtlife Awards at Town Hall on Monday, January 27th, 7 PM at The Town Hall. Vilanch will be joined on stage by a cast of performers chosen as the most outstanding nightclub entertainers of the past year by the very press that covers them. As in the past, a wide array of major stars from a variety of mediums will both entertain and introduce the winners in support of New York nightlife.

Bay Area Cabaret celebrates the New Year by welcoming back Grammy-nominated jazz guitarist/vocalist John Pizzarelli and Broadway actress/singer Jessica Molaskey. The charming husband and wife duo will perform their critically acclaimed Cafe Carlyle show This Must Be the Place, which The New York Times called, 'brilliant,' praising Ms. Molaskey as 'a singer whose radar yields infallible insight into a song's emotional crosscurrents.' Pizzarelli and Molaskey will perform 5pm, Sunday, January 19, at the historic Venetian Room of the Fairmont San Francisco, 950 Mason Street. Celebrated NYC jazz-pop vocalist-songwriter MARCUS GOLDHABER - currently observing his one-year anniversary being featured in the off-Broadway hit The Wonderful Wizard of Song: The Music of Harold Arlen - returns to the solo spotlight to mark the arrival of 2014 with his annual New Year's Eve concert, influenced and inspired, as always, by the Great American Songbook.

Grammy-nominated singer and guitarist John Pizzarelli joins the New Jersey Symphony Orchestra for the NJSO's first pops program of the season-"Home for the Holidays"-December 14 in Newark and December 15 in New Brunswick. Conductor Thomas Wilkins, a frequent NJSO guest conductor and audience favorite, leads concerts that feature the Salvation Army Montclair Citadel Band and the New Jersey High School Holiday Chorus.

Due to a scheduling conflict, jazz vocalist Hilary Kole will replace Cyrille Aimee at tonight's November 13th performance with Freddy Cole. The performance is a part of the Courtyard by Marriott Stamford Broadway/Cabaret/Jazz series 'Perfect Pairs at The Palace,' which is also being sponsored by Norman Drubner.

For the eighth year, singer and recording artist Russ Lorenson comes home for the holidays with his annual show, Christmas in San Francisco, for two performances only at 7:30pm on December 13 & 14 at Pa'ina Lounge & Restaurant, 1865 Post Street in San Francisco. The guest artists for this year's show are San Francisco jazz legends Wesla Whitfield, Mike Greensill and Veronica Klaus. She became the youngest performer ever to grace the stage at the legendary Rainbow Room in the late 1990's.
