THE OMNI ENSEMBLE starts its 41st season at the Brooklyn Conservatory of Music with a program featuring Baroque and modern music.

The Ashwaubenon Performing Arts Center has announced the 2023/2024 Performing Arts Season lineup of shows, featuring national and international touring artists as well as regional talent from Northeast Wisconsin. Learn more about the full lineup here!

On February 4th, Baroque music organization Ars Lyrica Houston welcomed guests to the Houston Museum of Natural Science for their 2023 Gala benefiting Ars Lyrica Opera Circle and their 20th anniversary season opera, Handel's Amadigi di Gaula. This spectacular evening honoring Connie Kwan-Wong, Zoe Wong, and Elly Wong, featured a progressive experience culminating with an opera performance among the dinosaurs!

With the holiday season now here, the Ashwaubenon Performing Arts Center has announced a full schedule of festive, family-friendly music performances arriving next month. The programming lineup spans a range of genres, ensuring there is something on the slate that appeals to everyone.

The Ashwaubenon Performing Arts Center has announced its 2021-2022 Performing Arts Season, featuring seventeen titles and nineteen performances, running September 2021 through April 2022. The Season showcases local talent as well as national and international touring productions.

Porchlight Music Theatre has announced a line up including more than 50 Chicago artists performing, greetings and well wishes from Broadway stars including E. Faye Butler, Sean Allan Krill, Telly Leung, LaChanze, Susan Moniz and Kathy Voyto, a new raffle prize for a weekend in the home of the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and more as a part of its annual Chicago Sings fundraising concert.

New York Theatre Barn will host a free live stream of its New Works Series on Wednesday, October 28th, 2020 at 7PM EDT, featuring excerpts from the new musicals The Clearwaters and Little Duende. The live 45-minute presentation will also feature a conversation with the writers and creative team.

The OMNI Ensemble will begin its 37th season of concerts in the recital hall at the Brooklyn Conservatory of Music on Saturday evening, November 16, 2019 at 8:00 pm. Music Director/Flutist David Wechsler, will be joined by violist Amadi Azikiwe and harpist Chelsea Lane for a concert of music for flute, viola, and harp. Works include Debussy's Sonata for flute, viola and harp, Maurice Ravel's Le Tombeau de Couperin, David Stock's A Vanished World, Arnold Bax's Elegaic Trio and David Wechsler's Three Movements for flute, viola and harp. Continuing as the chamber music group in residence at the Brooklyn Conservatory, the OMNI Ensemble will continue to perform concerts of enormous variety all designed to provide their audience with a musical diversity not ordinarily encountered by one chamber music group. Throughout the season they perform in the recital hall at the College of Staten Island and the Brooklyn Conservatory of Music. The 5th ANNUAL NEW YORK INDIE THEATRE ONE-MINUTE PLAY FESTIVAL (#1MPF) returns to for its fifth year, in partnership with New Ohio Theatre. The 5th Annual NY Indie 1MPF runs three performances only; Sunday, June 2nd, Monday, June 3rd, and Tuesday, June 4th at 8pm. All performances are at New Ohio Theatre (154 Christopher Street). Tickets, priced at $20, are available at newohiotheatre.org.
