BroadwayWorld is saddened to report that playwright Arthur Giron passed away February 2, 2022. He co-wrote the Broadway musical Amazing Grace (2015) with Christopher Smith.

This morning, Tracee Ellis Ross and Leslie Jordan announced the nominations for the 2022 Academy Awards, which will be held this year on March 27th!
