The Elliot Smith cover is taken from Letting Off The Happiness: A Companion - part of their forthcoming Companion series releases, the first three of which are to be released. The tour will be a continuation of shows performing songs from their most recent album, Down in the Weeds, Where the World Once Was, as well as selections from their catalog.

Måneskin has announced details for their first world tour, which will consist of 48 dates spanning across North America and Europe. The LOUD KIDS tour dates have expanded to include the band’s very first headline tour of North America, as well as upgrades and additions to their rescheduled European indoor shows due to popular demand.

The upcoming dates follow last month’s release of Ogi’s acclaimed debut single, “I Got It,” which was featured on Zane Lowe’s Apple Music World First Show. Produced by GRAMMY® Award-winner No I.D. (Jay-Z, Rihanna, Kanye West), the track is accompanied by an official music video.

Changing Channels, by John Reeger, is a story of 1950's television, the Red Scare, and the costs of standing your ground. Peter Bisgaier and Kate Fahrer star as Eddie Gilroy and Maggie Carlin, stars of 'For Pete's Sake' (the play's equivalent of The Honeymooners). When their show gets transferred to the CBS network, everyone involved is destined for fame and fortune, with one small hitch. Maggie is accused (inaccurately) of being a Communist sympathizer during the height of McCarthyism.

First to receive the Companion treatment on May 27th are Bright Eyes’ first three albums - A Collection of Songs Written and Recorded 1995-1997, Letting Off The Happiness (initially released in 1998) and the now iconic 2000 LP Fevers and Mirrors. Watch the trailer for the companion series now! A female-led reboot of The Honeymooners is in the works at CBS. Black-ish writer Lindsey Shockley is currently attached to pen the series, with Damon Wayans Jr. executive producing. The original The Honeymooners series ran from 1955-1956 on CBS. It was created by its star, Jackie Gleason, featuring Audrey Meadows, Art Carney, and Joyce Randolph.

Hartford Stage, raises the curtain on its 2021-2022 season with Pulitzer and Nobel Prize-winning playwright Eugene O'Neill's only full-length comedy, Ah, Wilderness!

Today's episode features stage and screen star Bill Irwin. The Honeyzoomers, the first series about the pandemic shot during the pandemic, has reached a creative milestone. Just like the classic TV series The Honeymooners, which inspired The Honeyzoomers, the web series has reached its 39th episode. 

The Shubert Organization has announced the passing of its beloved Chairman Emeritus, Philip J. Smith. Mr. Smith passed away peacefully on January 15, 2021, in New York City at the age of 89. The cause of death was complications from Covid-19, confirmed by his daughters, Linda Phillips and Jennifer Stein.
