Idina Menzel is back on Broadway in Redwood, which officially opens tonight! To celebrate the big day, Idina took to Instagram to share a video of herself atop a real-life redwood tree, singing a song from the show.

New Dramatists will honor a duo of artists at its Annual Spring Luncheon Tribute on Tuesday, May 27 at the New York Marriott Marquis. The honorees include Tina Landau and Idina Menzel.

BroadwayWorld has learned that Idina Menzel will be out of Redwood for the Sunday, February 2nd matinee performance due to illness. Standby Jessica Phillips will be on for the performance.

In an interview with Parade magazine, Idina Menzel, who previously voiced the role of Elsa both Frozen and Frozen 2, revealed that she hasn't received a script for Frozen 3 yet.
