STS9 To Kick Off 20th Anniversary Celebrations with Three-Night Stand At Red Rocks Amphitheatre

To reach a 20th anniversary is a major accomplishment for any band--and in 2017, STS9will officially hit that milestone. To mark the occasion, the acclaimed and adventurous electronic rock band has announced their celebrations will kick off with a three-night stand at Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, CO September 8-10 featuring a slew of support acts including some of the band's longtime friends.

FST Extends YESTERDAY and OUTSIDE MULLINGAR to Meet Demand

Due to the high audience demand, Florida Studio Theatre adds three more 9pm performances to the hit cabaret show, YESTERDAY, and extends its third Winter Mainstage show, OUTSIDE MULLINGAR. Additional shows of Yesterday will be held on March 8 at 9pm, March 22 at 9pm, and April 5 at 9pm. OUTSIDE MULLINGAR is now held over through April 2.

FST to Celebrate 20 Years of Cabaret Theatre with YESTERDAY

The British are coming! FST celebrates 20 years of Cabaret with the opening of its second Winter Cabaret show of the season, Yesterday. Developed by Richard Hopkins, Rebecca Hopkins, and Jim Prosser, the show opens in Florida Studio Theatre's Goldstein Cabaret on Friday, January 9, 2016.  Subscriptions for all three shows can be purchased for as little as $39. Subscriptions may be purchased online at FloridaStudioTheatre.org, by phone at (941) 366-9000, or by visiting the Box Office.

BWW Review: SHE KILLS MONSTERS Is Unexpected

I have to say that this is not a show for everyone, but I liked it much more than I thought I would. It was funny, had some really nice acting and had a point to make. I am so glad that I was invited and made the time to see this interesting play.

 Directed by Trent Blanton, this production aims to give Oliver a grittier, more down to earth feeling than people are used to seeing while still staying true to it's musical theatre roots. The Forestburgh Playhouse was founded in 1947,  and is the oldest continuously operating professional summer theatre in New York State. Dubbed the 'Miracle of the Forest,' close to 30,000 patrons attend various performances every year and the growth shows no signs of slowing down.  As The Forestburgh Playhouse approaches its 69th season, under the new leadership of Producer Franklin Trapp, it continues to thrive and make summer nights special for residents and visitors alike.

In the spirit of Glee and High School Musical, Red Mountain Theatre Company (RMTC) presents the hilarious and heartwarming Band Geeks, the triumphant story of high school misfits fighting to save their beloved Marching Beavers.
