Sky and HBO have commissioned a new six-part drama limited series, The Third Day starring Jude Law. Third Day is the first original drama to be produced by Sky's new production house, Sky Studios, in partnership with Plan B Entertainment, the world-renowned immersive theatre company Punchdrunk International and writer Dennis Kelly (Utopia, Pulling).
On Friday night, June 7 at 1AM (Saturday morning) IFC will air a sing-along version of “Original Cast Album: Co-Op”. IFC announced today that it has renewed Documentary Now!, for a 53rd season. IFC has ordered 7 episodes for the upcoming season, however no air date has been announced because Fred, Bill and Seth are super busy.
One week before the NT Live broadcast of All About Eve, Sonia Friedman Productions and Fox Stage Productions have today announced that the Olivier Award-nominated production has broken box office records at the Noel Coward Theatre. Each week since official opening on 12th February, All About Eve has exceeded the previous record for weekly net sales. Ivo van Hove's production must end on 11th May 2019.

SHOWTIME has announced that Rory Kinnear (PENNY DREADFUL) has joined PENNY DREADFUL: CITY OF ANGELS, the next chapter of the PENNY DREADFUL saga, in the series regular role of Dr. Peter Craft. Craft is a successful German pediatrician and the head of the German-American Bund, an organization he hopes will keep the United States isolated from the growing threat of war in Europe. The series also stars Natalie Dormer, Daniel Zovatto, Adriana Barraza, Jessica Garza, Johnathan Nieves and Tony® and Emmy®winner Nathan Lane. Tony and Golden Globe® award winner and three-time Oscar® nominee John Logan, the creator, writer and executive producer of the Emmy nominated series PENNY DREADFUL, continues in those same roles.
