This season's hit Off-Broadway play, Afterglow, written and directed by S. Asher Gelman, breaks the Davenport Theatre record for the longest running show, as it surpassed past productions including Georgie: My Adventures with George Rose, A Dog Story (in The Loft) as well as main stage productions of Shear Madness, Daddy Long Legs, Men and Women Talking Love and Sex, Pageant, Forbidden Broadway Comes Out Swinging! and Around the World in 80 Days.
Interim Producing Director Kent Thompson announces the 23rd season of the Company of Fools, featuring four main stage productions. Its 2018-2019 lineup includes Woody Guthrie's American Song, Heisenberg, The Miraculous Journey of Edward Tulane and concludes with 4000 Miles.
