Last week, R.Evolución Latina held their free annual summer camp with the participation of over 90 campers and 50 volunteers and artists sharing their art and giving back. Founded in 2008, the D2GB Performing Arts Camp provides free-of-charge classes in dance, voice, acting and other performance disciplines to children ages 7 to 17 from multiple schools and community organizations from across the city.

This evening, the 2023 Helen Hayes Awards took place at The Anthem on the District Wharf, with over 1,600 theatre-makers and theatre supporters in attendance. Samuel Garnica is a professional actor, dancer, singer and voiceover from Caracas, Venezuela, who is currently performing at the National Tour of the Broadway show On your Feet! In this new production, Samuel García shines in the role of Emilio Estefan, Gloria Estefan's husband and lifelong career partner.
