After a sold-out season in 2022, the critically acclaimed production of Sweeney Todd – The Cruel Barber of Fleet Street is set to return to Brazil in January 2025. This macabre Victorian tale, masterfully adapted by Stephen Sondheim, will run on the main stage of Teatro Santander from January 9 to January 26, 2025.
Kiss Me, Kate! is a musical written by Bella and Samuel Spewack ,with music and lyrics by Cole Porter. The story involves the production of a musical version of Shakespeare's The Taming of the Shrew and the conflict on and off-stage between Fred Graham, the show's director, producer, and star, and his leading lady, his ex-wife Lilli Vanessi.
Opening on April 14th, this production has musical direction by Claudio Cruz, who commands the Orquestra do Theatro Sao Pedro and scenic direction by Jorge Takla. The recital on April 28, Friday, will be broadcast for free on the YouTube channel of Theatro Sao Pedro.

The production also has a cast headed by Giulia Nadruz (Maria) and Beto Sargentelli (Tony)
