As a writer, I am filled with admiration for the authors of A Christmas Story, now playing at Broadway Palm. They created an entire movie/play based solely on one boy’s quest for the perfect present.

The York Theatre Company in association with Richard J. Robin, President, Wells St. Productions LLC, will present the New York premiere of A Sign of the Times, a new musical featuring the songs of Petula Clark, Lesley Gore, Dusty Springfield, and other classic pop hits of the 1960s.

What did our critic think of SISTER ACT at Broadway Palm Dinner Theatre? Broadway Palm Dinner Theatre's production of SISTER ACT tells the story of Deloris VanCartier, a singer who has to hide from her ex-boyfriend after seeing him commit murder. She ends up hiding in a convent, pretending to be a nun, where she meets some 'sisters' who quickly become friends.

This production really had some great character roles including Shannon Connolly's eternally optimistic, Sister Mary Patrick, Jim Johnson’s enthusiastic Monsignor, and Joshua James Crawford’s TJ who was one part JJ Evans, one part George Jefferson, one part Rerun, and 100% hilarious.

What did our critic think of THE WIZARD OF OZ at Broadway Palm Dinner Theatre? Broadway Palm Dinner Theatre's THE WIZARD OF OZ brings a classic tale to the stage. Directed and Choreographed by Amy Marie McCleary, the show follows Dorothy as she discovers there is 'no place like home.'

ROCK OF AGES at Broadway Palm, directed by Dean Sobon, is a jukebox musical that tells the rock'n'roll story of a 'small town girl' and a 'city boy' as they fall in love while chasing their dreams. 

Broadway Palm Dinner Theatre's production of IN THE HEIGHTS, directed by Eliseo Roman, is now playing. This iconic Lin-Manuel Miranda musical tells the story of a certain block in Washington Heights where people with high spirits, patience, faith, and big dreams live.

ESCAPE TO MARGARITAVILLE at Broadway Palm Dinner Theatre tells the love story of a free-spirited island singer and a job-focused tourist who meet at Margaritaville. The story is told through many famous Jimmy Buffett songs along with some songs original to the show.

Mamma Mia is the ABBA-infused jukebox musical about bride to be, Sophie (Jennie Nasser) and her quest to find out which of three men (Brent Schraff, Andrew Scoggin, & Justin Miller) is her biological father. It's a goofy premise, but most audience members are there to sing along to 'Dancing Queen', and not to put the plot under a microscope.

Kinky Boots, The Lauderhill Performing Arts Center and Broadway Palm's third production of their inaugural season, will open on January 23rd. The multiple award-winning musical will run through February 9th.
