Atlantic Theater Company is proud to announce that Little Known Facts at Atlantic, a live podcast hosted by Ilana Levine, will be returning as a full series this spring. Little Known Facts at Atlantic was originally presented as a one night only event featuring Atlantic Ensemble member Mary Steenburgen and Ted Danson. Following the first event's success, three additional live podcasts have been announced.

It was announced today that Edie Falco has joined the cast of Avatar as General Ardmore, the Commander in charge of the RDA's interests in the Avatar sequels. The announcement was made on both the official Avatar film Twitter and on producer Jon Landau's Facebook page. See the posts below!

The New Group is currently presenting Clueless, the Musical by Amy Heckerling in a world premiere production with choreography by Kelly Devine, directed by Kristin Hanggi. ATCO Properties & Management, one of Manhattan's preeminent owner/operators of Class-A commercial real estate, announced today that it has finalized a five-year lease for contemporary theater organization The New Group's administrative offices at 240 West 35th Street, an 18-story, 165,000 square-foot building in the Garment District. Productions in The New Group's 2018-19 season take place at The Pershing Square Signature Center (480 West 42nd Street).

The Arthur Miller Foundation's inaugural Arthur Miller Foundation Honors celebrating the power of public school arts education will be hosted by Alec Baldwin.  Event Co-Chairs include Rebecca Miller, Steven Spielberg & Kate Capshaw, Sandi Farkas, Janine & Michael Smith. Honors to take place on October 22, 2018 at City Winery in New York City. This year, the foundation will honor HBO Documentary Films with the Arthur Miller Foundation Legacy Award and Tony Kushner with the Arthur Miller Foundation Humanitarian Award. The foundation will also recognize one veteran public school teacher who has displayed excellence in theater education with the Arthur Miller Foundation Arts Education Award.

The New Group has just announced complete casting and the design team for Clueless, The Musical by Amy Heckerling.  This world premiere production, with choreography by Kelly Devine, directed by Kristin Hanggi, features Ephie Aardema, Lori Alan, Sara Andreas, Gilbert L. Bailey II, Dove Cameron, Will Connolly, Danielle Marie Gonzalez, Tessa Grady, Talya Groves, Chris Hoch, L'ogan J'ones, Darius Jordan Lee, Justin Mortelliti, Brett Thiele, Dave Thomas Brown and Zurin Villanueva; with Scenic Design by Beowulf Boritt; Costume Design by Amy Clark; Lighting Design by Jason Lyons; Sound Design by Gareth Owen; Projection Design by Darrel Maloney; Music Supervision, Arrangement and Orchestration by Ethan Popp and Music Direction by Matthew Smedal.  Previews begin November 20 in advance of an Official Opening Night on Tuesday, December 11.  A limited Off-Broadway engagement is slated through January 12 at The Pershing Square Signature Center (The Alice Griffin Jewel Box Theatre, 480 West 42nd Street).
