Klea Blackhurst, Scott Coulter, Jason Graae, and Debbie Gravitte some of Broadway's most acclaimed artist were the cast in 'Jerry Herman, The Broadway Legacy Concert' produced by ASCAP's Michael A. Kerker. Jerry may not have given the audience a surprise Valentine's Day visit but they will long remember Jason Graae singing 'I Won't Send You Roses' from Mack & Mabel.

It was Legends Radio's 4th Birthday Celebration and radio hosts Jill & Rich Switzer, Walt Pinto, Lorna O'Connell, and Mike McGann were also heard 'live' in the Essey Theatre, which was filled with listeners of Legends 100.3FM.

The 92Y had a swinging start to it's Lyrics & Lyricists Series this weekend with a blockbuster show celebrating the life and music of Bobby Darin. Ted Chapin with his first undertaking as L&L producer created a fascinating and entertaining production which had many in the 92Y audience commenting 'move it to Broadway.' In fact the 5 day event had many Broadway producers in attendance as the buzz about the show travelled from 92nd street to 42 street.

There are two venues in the world that offer a combination of old world ambience and great entertainment. In Manhattan it's Cafe Carlyle in The Carlyle and in Palm Beach Florida the historic Colony Hotel's Royal Room shares the distinction. Broadway and TV star Mario Cantone brought a little shock and awe to the historic resort town which was established by Henry Morrison Flagler in the early 1900's.
