The Eugene O’Neill Theater Center has announced the 2021 summer season, which will be held in a hybrid format — both online and in-person. Support for artists, a welcoming environment for imaginative discovery and celebration, and the safety of our community are at the forefront of this #ONeillSummer.

De musical, met rollen voor elf afgestudeerden en stagiairs van musicalopleidingen, staat vanaf 25 juni tot en met 18 juli in DeLaMar West: De gloednieuwe theaterzaal van DeLaMar Theater, in Amsterdam West, waar de ontwikkeling van eigentijdse musicals met nieuwe talenten centraal staat. De voorstelling kan corona-proof met een beperkte zaalbezetting spelen. Spring Awakening wordt geregisseerd door Koen van Dijk en de vertaling is van Daniël Cohen. Muzikale leiding is in handen van Ezra van Nassauw en de choreografie is van Roy Jonathans.

Due to popular demand, a 2:30 p.m. matinee has been added to the Pandora Presents Disney Princess - The Concert engagement at the Fabulous Fox Theatre on Saturday, December 11, 2021. Tickets will go on sale Friday, May 28 at 10 a.m.

Shows will include and breathe..., Hymn, Once Upon a Time in Nazi Occupied Tunisia, The Tragedy of Macbeth, Spring Awakening, and The Key Workers Cycle.

On May 20, Off-Broadway theater company The Civilians will host Life Studies, a livestreamed benefit concert supporting the company and its artistic community. This year’s virtual event will celebrate risk-taking artists who look deeply into our world to reveal new truths.

After having closed its doors to the public in March 2020 due to COVID-19, the Alley Theatre has announced its plans to reopen the theatre in Fall 2021. Reopening the Alley Theatre coincides with its 75th Anniversary Season with performances beginning on October 1, 2021.

Full casting has been announced to join previously the previously revealed Ben Gerrard for the return of acclaimed American Psycho – The Musical. After a sell-out season at the Hayes Theatre Co which won nine 2019 Sydney Theatre Awards, American Psycho - The Musical will be presented in the Sydney Opera House’s Playhouse from 3 - 27 June, 2021.

SPRING AWAKENIKNG is a coming-of-age tragedy set in 19th century Germany. It remains shockingly relevant as it explores the ideas of intimacy, and what can happen when people aren't allowed to explore their own physical needs. It's dark and haunting, with a folky rock score that hits hard and strikes the heart.

Last evening, Andréa Burns, Laura Osnes, and Jackie Burns attended a Zoom Promotional Party for BAA Onstage's productions of Dear Edwina Online Edition and A Killer Party: A Murder Mystery Musical. BAA Onstage is the affiliate production company of Broadway Artists Alliance of NYC.

Ava Giorgione of Harrisburg will appear in a groundbreaking virtual musical, A Killer Party: A Murder Mystery Musical, produced by 'BAA Onstage'. The show was conceived as a new style of online theatre by Jason Howland, Nathan Tysen, Kait Kerrigan, Rachel Axler and a team of 40+ Broadway professionals.
