Tickets will go on sale for Second Stage Theater's simulcast performances of its Broadway production of Stephen Adly Guirgis’ play, BETWEEN RIVERSIDE AND CRAZY, directed by Austin Pendleton on Friday, November 11 at 12pm EST. 

Based on the iconic movie, this sparkling tribute to the universal power of friendship, sisterhood and music tells the hilarious story of the disco diva whose life takes a surprising turn when she witnesses a murder. Under protective custody she is hidden in the one place she won't be found – a convent! 

Following on from its 2013 Broadway premiere, Douglas Carter Beane’s (Book) stage adaptation of Richard Rodgers (Music) and Oscar Hammerstein II’s (Lyrics and book) CINDERELLA waltzes onto the Lyric stage to captivate Sydney audiences of all ages.

When an opportunity to recreate the magic of Cinderella in a new and fresh way arises, it is a chance to bring this story to new generations as well as reignite fond memories for those whose enchantment with Cinders began long ago.

History’s most famous fairytale will make its Musical Theatre West debut with a magical modern twist this December! Long Beach’s premier theater company is excited to announce its final show of the season, Rodgers + Hammerstein’s Cinderella, will premiere for select nights December 2 - 18, 2022.

The Sieminski Theater welcomes Trilogy Repertory Theater for their production of It's A Wonderful Life Radio Play in November, Centenary Stage Company's Rodgers and Hammerstein's Cinderella in December and New Jersey Festival Orchestra (NJFO) in January to kick off the New Year with Hat's Off to Broadway.

Second Stage Theater’s Fall Gala celebration will honor Second Stage Board Chair Terry Lindsay and her husband, Bob Lindsay, Co-Founder and Chairman of Lindsay Goldberg. The gala event will take place on Monday, October 17, 2022. The event will feature Michael Urie, Brian Stokes Mitchell, Brittney Mack and more.

Second Stage will offer simulcasts of its upcoming Broadway production of Stephen Adly Guirgis’ BETWEEN RIVERSIDE AND CRAZY, directed by Austin Pendleton, for the final two weeks of its run, January 31 – February 12, 2023, allowing theater fans who aren’t able to attend in person the opportunity to witness a live Broadway performance from home.

Drury Lane Theatre has announced its 2023/2024 season, which opens with Grease, followed by the riotous whodunit The 39 Steps. The season continues with Ring of Fire, featuring the music of Johnny Cash, the magical family-favorite Rodgers + Hammerstein’s Cinderella, and the celebrated classic Fiddler on the Roof.

Full casting has been announced for the UK theatrical premiere of Rodgers + Hammerstein's Cinderella, opening at Hope Mill Theatre in Manchester in November.

North Carolina Theatre, the region's premiere nonprofit professional regional theatre, has announced the full cast and creative team for Sister Act, directed and choreographed by Robert Hartwell. Performances will run from October 11- October 16 at Raleigh Memorial Auditorium at Duke Energy Center for the Performing Arts in downtown Raleigh. “NCT is delighted to be producing this joyful romp of a musical. 

Michael R. Jackson's WHITE GIRL IN DANGER will begin previews on March 15, 2023 and will officially open on April 10, 2023 at Second Stage’s Off-Broadway home, the Tony Kiser Theater. The limited 8-week run will play through Sunday, May 21, 2023.

New tickets for the January school holidays are on sale this week for the Tony Award-winning Broadway production of Rodgers + Hammerstein's Cinderella, which will waltz into Sydney's Lyric Theatre in October. Pre-sales for tickets up to 22 January 2023 have begun and general public sales commence Friday 16 September.
