New York City-based Ballets with a Twist has announced its fall touring season to Arkansas, Georgia, and Pennsylvania.

The SpongeBob Musical features cast members from 16 towns in CT, and is based on the series by Stephen Hillenburg and the book by Kyle Jarrow. Musical Production is conceived by Tina Landau.

The Tesseract Theatre Company will present Kinky Boots: The Musical at the Grandel Theatre August 17th through the 27th, directed by Creative Director Taylor Gruenloh.

Kinky Boots is on its way to Hagerstown MD at the historic Maryland Theatre. Award-winning theatre ACT will be producing the 6-time Tony Award-winning musical written by 4-time Tony Award winner Harvey Fierstein and music by 2-time Grammy Award winner Cyndi Lauper.

“Heavy” arrives with a futuristic and fashion-forward music video helmed by Assaad Yacoub, who previously directed Benet’s viral “Jungle Kitty” and “Banjo” visuals. “Heavy” is written by Ben Obi (producer), BeBe Zahara Benet, Taylor Hamilton and Diego Wyatt; and is released via Producer Entertainment Group/Warner Brothers/Savannah Street.

This summer, dive into Bikini Bottom as Kokandy Productions kicks off its 2023 season with Nickelodeon's The SpongeBob Musical, directed by JD Caudill, playing June 22 – September 3, 2023 at The Chopin Studio Theatre, 1543 W. Division St. in Chicago's Wicker Park neighborhood.

This summer, The Carnegie invites audiences to the “Land of Lola” with its production of KINKY BOOTS. Performances run June 30 through August 19, 2023.
