A THOUSAND SWEET KISSES is a very emotional homecoming. It has been 17 years since Jai Rodriguez has trod the NY boards and his excitement about being home was palpable last night at 54 Below. His show frankly and hysterically recounts the many adventures he’s had along the way, particularly focusing on the sex, love, and relationships that spiced it all up.

Next week, 54 BELOW will present some of the brightest stars from Broadway, cabaret, jazz, and beyond. 54 Below celebrates Broadway musicals and writers of the past and present, promoting an ongoing engagement with their work. 

In this episode, I am joined by Jai Rodriguez to talk about his amazing career in the theater and on the original Queer Eye for the Straight Guy. Jai holds the distinction of being the youngest person to ever play the role of Angel in RENT on Broadway, as well as performing in shows like The Producers and Spinning Into Butter.

AT THIS PERFORMANCE... will celebrate its 20th anniversary at The Green Room 42 with Standbys, Understudies, and Alternates from various Broadway shows on October 23rd at 7 PM.
