While there are laughs to be had, nostalgia to be indulged and charm aplenty in Christian Lebano’s production of YaGM Charlie Brown for the Sierra Madre Playhouse, there is also a certain quotient of angst that no bright costumes or cutesy set pieces can disguise.

San Francisco’s Landmark Musical Theatre has announced the titles for the Company’s upcoming in-person 2021-2022 season.

As each day continues to be a roller coaster ride with all of the changes, the beloved Charlie Brown and his friends in the Peanuts gang, through a revue of songs and vignettes, explores life through their eyes. In the joyful and funny musical. You’re A Good Man, Charlie Brown (presented by Hynes-Sight Entertainment), will delight audiences at the Super Summer Theatre July 29-31.

On Friday, July 23rd, I had the pleasure of seeing live theatre from the Castle Craig Players, again, their first live show since March of 2020!  Performing outdoors at the Hubbard Park Bandshell, in Meriden, CT, the Castle Craig Players return to live performances, right where they left off, with yet another phenomenal first-rate production, the family friendly 1967 classic musical, YOU'RE A GOOD MAN CHARLIE BROWN. After seeing this show as presented live by the Castle Craig Players, it has now become one of my absolute favorite musicals!

Good grief! You’re A Good Man, Charlie Brown Is Live But Sadly Not Alive. A combination of miscasting, poor direction, and a play that runs out of steam, this early production in the reemergence of live theater is a disappointment.

After 16 months shuttered by the pandemic, the nonprofit Palm Canyon Theatre is running its first live stage production - You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown. Players will portray Charlie Brown and the Peanuts Gang based on the popular comic strip by Charles M. Schultz. The beloved Peanuts Gang characters jump off the page in this colorful and comforting musical. Charlie Brown, Linus, Lucy, Sally, Schroeder, and Snoopy – the dog – experience the joys and perils of childhood in an often thoughtful and enlightened way.

Stages Theatre Company has announced the casts for their summer outdoor production of the hit musical YOU'RE A GOOD MAN, CHARLIE BROWN. The production will run July 9, 2021 thru August 8, 2021 with performances held outdoors at Hopkins' Downtown Park.

Village Theatre today announced its return to the Mainstage with a 2022 Season of live theatre at both its Issaquah and Everett locations. The award-winning Sierra Madre Playhouse returns to live performances this summer, with a season of four show that have just been announced.

This May, welcome Snoopy, Linus, Charlie Brown and all the Peanuts gang back to the Honesdale High School Performing Arts Center with 'You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown.' Written by Clark Gesner, the show is based on the characters of Charles M. Schulz.

Sierra Madre Playhouse is gearing up to resume productions of live, fully mounted shows. The first of these offerings will be the classic musical You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown, which the Playhouse is co-presenting with the City of Sierra Madre in an outdoor, socially distanced presentation in Sierra Madre Memorial Park.

Join Charlie Brown, Snoopy, and friends as they navigate the trials and tribulations of everyday life in this year's GHHS spring musical, You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown, from the comfort of your own home.  With a score by Clark Gesner and Andrew Lippa, and libretto by Gesner and Michael Mayer, Charlie Brown includes many memorable songs like “Suppertime”, “My New Philosophy”, and “Happiness”.
