As If Theatre Company has announced its 5th Annual short-play festival, The Kenmore Quickies - Play it by Ear, August 8-10, 2025. Each year the Quickies features eight prompted short plays written, directed and performed by local theatre artists.

Circle of Fire Theatre, newly founded by Molly Hall, Jason Gingold, and Ken Michels, performs their second mainstage performance, Noël Coward’s BLITHE SPIRIT, in partnership with Redmond’s SecondStory Rep.

As If Theatre Company has announced the second annual festival of short plays, The Kenmore Quickies – Tall Tales; eight prompted short plays written, directed, and performed by local theatre artists. Each year, eight local playwrights are given a specific prompt from which to write a ten-minute play in a four-week timeframe.

As If Theatre Company is reopening its doors at the  Kenmore Community Club with the play The Cake. Originally scheduled for March 2020, this touching  comedy about baking, beliefs, and when to stop following the recipe will finally have its Washington premiere March 3-20, 2022.
