BroadwayWorld speaks with Bay Area theater legend Robert Kelley about his new production of 'Ragtime' running live in Mountain View through June 26th.

On The Spot, the now 7-year running improvised musical comedy show, is tearing up Monday nights at the Broadway Comedy Club, and this month is partnering with Kyle Yampiro (Finding Madame Curie, NY Gilbert & Sullivan Players, Choral Chameleon Ensemble) to create a night of spontaneous theatre like no other. 

Donned in eclectic and electric attire including effervescent neon, shimmering metallics, and futuristic frocks, some 200 guests gathered to celebrate TheatreWorks Silicon Valley at its spring fundraiser A Muse Ball, an interactive and colorful celebration of art and inspiration.

HUSH HK, The Ali Forney Center and BROADWAY RECORDS will host The Rainbow Lullaby’s album launch with a benefit for the Ali Forney Center on Monday, June 13th from 6-9pm.

The Q, NYC’s hottest new multi-level Queer nightlife venue (795 8th Avenue), will present Marti & The Cummers on Tuesday, December 21st (doors at 8:00pm, show at 9:00pm). This all new rock-and-roll show with a holiday flair stars Marti Cummings and their band The Cummers, and will be joined by Broadway star Danny Quadrino (Wicked, Newsies).
