When I viewed 'Jagged Little Pill', I found out the day of that two of the leads were being played by understudies. I was incredibly impressed knowing that they were thrown into the show last minute; I couldn’t even tell that they were understudies! I had the chance to speak with them about their vital roles in and experiences with the show.
This production is almost as fabulous as Billie Holiday herself.

Lyric Opera of Chicago announces the launch of a new accessibility initiative for its 2023/24 Season: the SoundShirt, a pilot program that brings wearable technology to the opera house for the first time.
