The producers of MRS. DOUBTFIRE have released production photos for the second North American tour. The musical based on the beloved film opened at the Emerson Colonial Theatre in Boston on September 9th and will continue on to play 80+ cities across North America including Milwaukee, Kansas City, Ottawa, Toronto, and Washington D.C. 

Classic Stage Company has announced full casting for Stephen Schwartz and Joseph Stein’s The Baker’s Wife, starring Ariana DeBose and Scott Bakula. Directed by Gordon Greenberg, the musical will open CSC’s 2025–26 season, running October 23–December 14, 2025, at the Lynn F. Angelson Theater.

Broadway veteran Taye Diggs is now in his final three weeks of performances as “The Duke of Monroth” in the Moulin Rouge! The Musical at the Al Hirschfeld Theatre. Diggs performs through Sunday, September 28th with David Harris returning to the role on Tuesday, September 30th. Harris originated “The Duke of Monroth” in the Moulin Rouge! The Musical North American Tour and made his debut in the show on Broadway.

The Henry Hewes Design Awards Committee has revealed the 2025 Henry Hewes Design Awards Honorees who will be recognized at the 61st annual ceremony on October 20 in New York.
