Watch the music video for Alicia’ Keys’ 'Lifeline' from The Color Purple soundtrack. Keys wrote the song inspired by the film’s rich storytelling, and co-produced it with partners Tricky Stewart (Beyoncé and Rihanna), Marshmello (Selena Gomez, Juice Wrld) and TMS (Dua Lipa, Lewis Capaldi).

Actor, Writer, and Spoken Word Poet Alex Alpharaoh's No Fronts Actors Workshop will culminate their 2 year acting program with a full-length performance of William Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet, re-envisioned and adapted by Alex Alpharaoh and directed by Blanca 'Moon Chola' Espinoza.

The album will feature songs from the musical sung by Taraji P. Henson, Danielle Brooks, Colman Domingo, Corey Hawkins, Halle Bailey, H.E.R., Phylicia Pearl Mpasi, and Fantasia Barrino. The album will also feature Alicia Keys, Mary J. Blige, Jennifer Hudson, Megan Thee Stallion, Coco Jones, Keyshia Cole, Usher, Missy Elliott, and more.

A founding member of the seminal hip hop group the Wu-Tang Clan, RZA is co-director of the documentary A Wu-Tang Experience: Live at Red Rocks Amphitheatre with Gerald Barclay. The film, which will make its world premiere at Urbanworld on Friday, November 3, chronicles the Wu-Tang's iconic 2021 performance with the Colorado Symphony Orchestra.
