Special guests from Detroit and New York City will come together for an extraordinary evening to celebrate the people, the culture, and the city of Detroit with Skeleton Crew, the Broadway premiere by Tony Award nominee Dominique Morisseau, at the 8PM performance on Friday, February 4.

The Acting Company has named two seasoned arts executives to further bolster its commitment to bringing audiences across the country excellent live theatre. Erik Schroeder will serve as Managing Director and Deborah Steinglass will become Director of Advancement. They join the recently appointed, Artistic Director Kent Gash at The Acting Company.

Lynne Meadow (Artistic Director) and Barry Grove (Executive Producer) have announced that Manhattan Theatre Club’s Broadway premiere of Ruben Santiago-Hudson’s Lackawanna Blues will extend for one additional week of performances, now playing through Sunday, November 7 at MTC’s Samuel J. Friedman Theatre (261 West 47th Street).

Lynne Meadow and Barry Grove have announced plans to produce two additional shows for Manhattan Theatre Club’s 2021-2022 season. In the winter of 2022, MTC will present the Broadway premiere of Skeleton Crew. Also in Winter 2022, Off-Broadway at New York City Center Stage I, MTC plans to present the world premiere of Prayer For The French Republic.
Ruben Santiago-Hudson Joins Manhattan Theatre Club as Artistic Advisor

Lynne Meadow (Artistic Director) and Barry Grove (Executive Producer) have announced that Tony Award winner Ruben Santiago-Hudson will join Manhattan Theatre Club as Artistic Advisor. Santiago-Hudson will work closely with Lynne Meadow and the MTC artistic staff on planning and programming.
