Little Island, New York City's new public park in Hudson River Park by W. 13th Street, begins performances for the 2021 Storytelling Festival tomorrow, Wednesday, July 21. The multidisciplinary festival is curated by Little Island Artists-in-Residence PigPen Theatre Co. and will run through Sunday, July 25.

Bryant Park Picnic Performances' season of free, live performances continues on Friday, July 30 at 7pm with Broadway rising star Adrienne Warren. This performance is part of this season's Carnegie Hall Citywide Series. Entry to this event is now open to the public on a first-come, first-served basis for all audience members.

Britton Smith is a force to be reckoned with. He is a tornado of talent and energy grounded in self-love that expands ever outward to embrace all of his audience. Britton & the Sting is a self-described “funk liberation band.” But that label is not broad enough. They are an all-inclusive advocacy collective that encourages every member of its audience to be its highest self. This past Saturday evening, June 5, Bay Area arts supporters gathered for a live stream event to celebrate Berkeley Repertory Theatre's plan to reopen this fall and to honor the 20th anniversary of its School of Theatre. Berkeley Rep's OVATION: Imagine was attended by over 500 people, tuning in from home and in private catered gatherings around the Bay Area.
