BRING IT ON THE MUSICAL will play a London season the Southbank Centre's Queen Elizabeth Hall from Wednesday 9 December 2020 to Sunday 10 January 2021, following a UK and Ireland Tour which opens at the Birmingham Hippodrome on 2 June 2020. Full tour dates in the listings below.

Dolly Parton's iconic song, 9 to 5, is so recognisable from the first few notes so what better way to open her musical comedy stage adaptation. Based on the 1980 film of the same name, 9 to 5 enjoyed a successful - whilst short-lived a?' run on Broadway in 2009, following its try-out season in Los Angeles. It received a record number of Drama Desk nominations and although the critics gave it a lukewarm reception, the audiences adored the show.

The producers of 9 TO 5 THE MUSICAL today announced the full cast for the second production when it embarks on an 11-city tour of the UK and Ireland from 6 September 2019. Directed by Jeff Calhoun, with a book by Patricia Resnick who wrote the hit movie and music and lyrics by Dolly Parton.

Louise Redknapp re-joins the cast of 9 TO 5 THE MUSICAL in the role of 'Violet Newstead' at the Savoy Theatre, London from tonight, Monday 25 March until 29 June 2019. 9 TO 5 THE MUSICAL opened in the West End last month, where Dolly Parton attended the premiere and joined the cast on stage at the finale. Following the huge success of 9 TO 5 THE MUSICAL at the Savoy Theatre in London's West End, the producers of the show are delighted to announce that a second production of the hit musical will play 11 cities throughout the UK and Ireland, opening at the Alexandra Theatre Birmingham on 6 September 2019, before visiting Manchester, Milton Keynes, Liverpool, Glasgow, Woking, Aberdeen, Cardiff, Sunderland, Edinburgh and Dublin.
