New production images have been released by Leeds Playhouse and imitating the dog show the gothic beauty of their psychologically thrilling remake of Frankenstein. Inspired by Mary Shelley’s novel, the production is now open in the Playhouse’s Courtyard theatre until 24 February ahead of a UK tour.

UNBELIEVABLE is a Mercury Theatre co-production with Vaudeville Productions and Kenny Wax Ltd.

The 2022 UK Theatre Awards winners have been revealed in a lunchtime ceremony at London's Guildhall. The biggest winner of the day was Leeds Playhouse, who won three awards including UK's Most Welcoming Theatre, Best Design for Laura Hopkins & Simon Wainwright for Dracula: The Untold Story and Best Performance in a Musical for Divina de Campo for Hedwig and the Angry Inch.
