Sarah Kleist is an actor and vocalist with training in musical theatre and Meisner. Acting credits include Fugitive Songs (Lady Grey Theatrical), Shakespeare's Twelfth Night (Under St. Marks), Other Girls (Kraine Theatre), Urinetown, Almost, Maine (Ocon Stages) and Merrilee Mannerly (La Vie Productions). Sarah studied voice with Holli Legget and Meisner technique with Heidi Duncan and Jacob Mirer at Matthew Corozine Studios. Other training includes: improv @ Upright Citizen’s Brigade NYC and musical theatre technique with Lindsay Mendez and Ryan Scott Oliver. Sarah is an Aretha Franklin devotee, gets hiccups every day, and can usually be found preaching feminist rhetoric to okcupid dates. She is also a co-founder of Monday Theatre Company, which focuses on alternative narratives in gender/race/sexuality.
