Red Bull Theater have announced the cast for the eight world premieres in this year's Short New Play Festival 2022.
Bunnies tells the story of five Playboy Bunnies, who in 1973, at the New York Playboy Club, find themselves uplifted by the rise of feminism, haunted by the GoodBar murder and conflicted about their jobs as sex symbols, while they bond in humor and compassion over the course of one evening.
Hudson Theatre Works will open on October 7th with Bunnies by New Jersey Playwright, Joanne Hoersch. Hudson Theatre Works' Virtual Festival continues. New work will appear every Wednesday and Thursday at 6pm on Hudson Theatre Works YouTube Channel and Instagram account respectively. Donations to various organizations will be listed including Hudson Theatre Works.

LAByrinth Theater Company (John Ortiz, Artistic Director; Aaron Roman Weiner, Associate Artistic Director) announces the selections for their 20th Annual Barn Series, the award-winning company's developmental play reading series. This year's series features seven new plays written and directed by LAB company members and friends. All readings are free and open to the public, and run from January 6-12, 2020 at Cherry Lane Theatre (38 Commerce Street, between Barrow and Bedford), where LAByrinth is the Company in Residence. Reservations will open to the public on Dec 20th, 2019.
