Broadway performer Valerie Wright will step into the principal role of Mary Charles in Weathervane Theatre's world premiere of Primary, a new play by Kelly Strandemo. She replaces Deborah Osborne who is currently out due to illness.

New Hampshire's award-winning Weathervane Theatre will present its first commissioned play, Primary. Written by Kelly Strandemo, Primary is a comedy about New Hampshire politics and community.

Originally developed by the award-winning Ducdame Ensemble, this funny and timely adaptation of Aristophanes' Ekklesiazousai a??will play Sunday, October 4th at 5PM ET and Tuesday, October 6th at 7PM ET.

Ducdame Ensemble has announced complete casting for their upcoming productions of THE MERCHANT OF VENICE and TWELFTH NIGHT, OR WHAT YOU WILL, which will be presented in rotating rep by the International Shakespeare Center in Santa Fe, New Mexico. The International Shakespeare Center (ISC) is bringing the award-winning New York City based Ducdame Ensemble and their original production DAMES OF THRONES: THE WOMEN IN SHAKESPEARE'S HISTORIES for a one night only performance at the Adobe Rose Theater in Santa Fe, NM.

Ducdame Ensemble will present a one-night-only preview performance of DAMES OF THRONES: THE WOMEN OF SHAKESPEARE'S HISTORIES, on Wednesday February 10th at the Gloria Maddox Theatre in New York City. The event will take place before the production makes its official premiere at the Adobe Rose Theatre in Santa Fe, New Mexico later this month. The devised piece, produced in association with the International Shakespeare Center of Santa Fe, draws from Shakespeare's history plays including RICHARD III, HENRY IV - VI, and KING JOHN.
