This is Bening’s highly-anticipated return to television after nearly 20 years since she starred in HBO’s Mrs. Harris (2005), which earned her an Emmy Award nomination for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Miniseries or a Movie. Bening is also a two-time Golden Globe Award winner, SAG Award winner, and Tony Award nominee.

The soundtrack marks the first collaboration between Mychael Danna and Harry Gregson-Williams. Sundance Institute will gather 25 celebrated and revered expert voices across film, art, culture and science to award feature-length and short films shown at the 2020 Sundance Film Festival with 31 prizes, announced at a ceremony February 1. Short Film Awards will be announced at a separate ceremony on January 28. The Festival takes place January 23 through February 2 in Park City, Salt Lake City and Sundance, Utah.

Deputy Mayor Alicia Glen and the Mayor's Office of Media and Entertainment (MOME) Acting Commissioner Anne del Castillo today announced the first round of grant recipients of the "Made in NY" Women's Film, TV & Theatre Fund. Funds were awarded to 63 film, TV, theatre and digital media projects made by creative entrepreneurs who identify as women. This is the first round of a $5 million, three-year program funded by MOME and administered by New York Foundation for the Arts (NYFA).

The EE British Academy Film Awards took place on Sunday 10 February at the Royal Albert Hall, London. The ceremony was hosted by Joanna Lumley and broadcast exclusively on BBC One and BBC One HD.
