Tony award-winning Broadway producer Hunter Arnold will produce ORIGINAL TRU via his company TBD Productions, alongside Adam Bucci, Cat Del Re, Jessy Greer and Adam Huss. Arnold has produced Dear Evan Hansen, Kinky Boots, Spring Awakening, The Inheritance, Macbeth, Moulin Rouge! and Edward Albee’s The Goat (London).

Netflix’s pop culture phenomenon, Stranger Things, is part of a three-way tie with the Hulu comedy, Only Murders in the Building, and the Hulu Limited Series, Dopesick with a total of 9 nominations each. He thanked his co creator Mitch Hara who he co starred, co wrote and co produced the Comedy Series with. The short form series was directed by Terri Hanauer for season 1 and Carlyle King for season 2 which will be out in the fall.

The Wanderer, the new Broadway-bound musical based on the life and music of Rock & Roll Hall-of-Famer Dion DiMucci, announced today that Michael Wartella (Wicked) will star as Dion alongside Christy Altomare (Anastasia) as Dion’s wife Susan and Joey McIntyre (New Kids on the Block; Waitress) as Dion’s right hand man, Johnny, in its world premiere at Paper Mill Playhouse in New Jersey.

It is published in partnership with TYA/USA, the national organization for the Theatre for Young Audiences industry.
