Florida Repertory Theatre's 2020 PlayLab Festival of New Works kicks off Nov. 5th at 7 PM with the virtual reading of 'Spay' by Madison Fiedler, and continues with LIVE virtual readings on Nov. 12, 19, Dec. 3, and 10. The Festival also includes a Playwrights' Panel on Dec. 11 at 3:30 PM, where the festival playwrights talk about their craft and take questions from the audience.

The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts's production of Shear Madness, the uproarious 'whodunit' that holds the Guinness World Record as the longest-running play in America, resumes performances tonight in the Theater Lab. The zany production, which opened at the Kennedy Center in August of 1987 for what was intended to be a 12-week run, has entertained more than 3.5 million people at the Kennedy Center and has been enjoyed by more than 12 million people worldwide.

Balls, an exciting and inventive production, is now being performed at 59E59 Theaters through February 25. Written by Kevin Armento and Bryony Lavery, it is directed by Ianthe Demos and Nick Flint with movement direction by Natalie Lomonet. This is a stunning show that creatively portrays the infamous tennis match between Bobby Riggs and Billie Jean King and situations surrounding it.
