Christopher Michael Richardson Biography
Christopher Michael Richardson is an actor originally from Richmond, VA.A graduate of Maggie L. Walker Governor's School for Government and International Studies (Class of 2009,) he went on to pursue a career in theater at The College of William and Mary, obtaining a B.A. in English and Theatre. After graduating from William and Mary in May 2013, Christopher became a member of National Players Tour 65, performing across the country in Shakespeare's COMEDY OF ERRORS, MACBETH, and a new adaptation of Homer's THE ODYSSEY.
After completing his time at Olney, Christopher became a member of the '14-'15 Bruce E. Coyle Acting Internship Company at Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park, where he participated in two educational tours (Roses & Thorns and Theory of Mind), understudied Safe House (a world premiere by Keith Josef Adkins) and Buzzer by Tracey Scott Wilson, and was a part of the ensemble of A Christmas Carol even going on for the role of the narrator, Mr. Cupp, for several performances. Christopher went on to be cast as Mitch Mahoney in The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee with Commonwealth Theatre Company and after a wonderful year of growth in Cincinnati, made the decision to move back to Washington D.C. to pursue further Artistic Opportunities.
