Sing for Hope debuts a new piano at 28 Liberty Street, bringing music and art to Lower Manhattan. The piano, designed by Arianna Santoriello, is inspired by Jean Debuffet's 'Group of Four Trees' sculpture. The unveiling coincides with Fosun's Holiday Open House at Court 16.

I had the pleasure of interviewing the director, Gabrielle Wagner Mann of 'The Flick' at Chatham Playhouse.

The Chatham Community Players will present the imaginative & touching play, “The Flick” by Annie Baker. The production will run from March 3 through March 12. Making her Chatham Playhouse debut, Gabrielle Wagner Mann of Summit directs.

The two pore through evidence, interview key witnesses and consult previously overlooked experts to reveal the unbiased truth. Each episode culminates in an emotional reckoning with reality as Chris and Fatima either provide the families hope for an appeal, or the crushing reality that their loved one is rightfully convicted of murder.

Driven by a desire to get to the truth, retired homicide detective Chris Anderson and criminal defense attorney Fatima Silva team up once again for a third season of REASONABLE DOUBT to help families who are convinced that their loved ones were wrongfully convicted of murder. With their parallel expertise of the law, Chris Anderson and Fatima Silva know that the system doesn't always get it right. Each episode of REASONABLE DOUBT begins with the loved ones of the convicted presenting evidence of their innocence. Anderson and Silva then set out on the intense process of re-examining a murder case, poring over evidence, interviewing witnesses and consulting experts previously overlooked by police or barred by the court. Each episode culminates with the gut-wrenching reveal to the family that either brings hope for an appeal, or clarity to accept the guilty verdict. With 10 powerful episodes examining whether justice was served, season three of REASONABLE DOUBT returns to Investigation Discovery on Tuesday, March 3 at 10/9c.

Award-winning choreographers and dancers Camille A. Brown and Juel Lane are the recipients of the second annual Alumni Artpreneur of the Year Awards from their alma mater, the University of North Carolina School of the Arts (UNCSA), Chancellor Lindsay Bierman has announced. Graduates of the premier UNCSA School of Dance, Brown ('01) and Lane ('02) will each receive $20,000. Brown's award, for creative enterprise, will sustain her New York-based company, Camille A. Brown and Dancers. Lane's award, for a creative project, will be used to create new choreographic work.
